  • The Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate is not a tax credit. It is a cash rebate for vehicles purchased or leased by a participating dealership between May 1, 2025 til reevaluated in 2026. Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program allows eligible customers may receive a rebate towards the purchase or lease on select Battery Electric and Plug-In Hybrid vehicles. Vehicles must have a base MSRP of $50,000 or less to qualify for a rebate. Lease sales must be a minimum of 36 months. The rebate must be applied for within 90 days of the purchase date. Residency restrictions apply. Starting May 1, 2023, Individuals may not receive more than 2 rebates over the lifetime of the program.
